Less Pollution through Smart Solutions

Sustainable Mission: Burns & Scalo recognizes the growing need to change the way we conduct our business, manage our personal environments and those of the customers we serve to help conserve our natural resources. Our mission is two-fold; to become more sustainable as a way of life and to become more sustainable through the services and products that we offer. Burns & Scalo is committed to doing our part to conserve our natural resources not only for us and our customers, but for future generations as well. Less pollution thorough smart solutions.
Greening Our Portfolio: CLASS G
How can you easily recognize a building that meets Green Building standards? Up to now, that's been difficult unless the building earned a LEED certification. At Burns & Scalo, we have created a solution.
We have created a
Class G category for space that meets an array of green building standards - high tech windows, efficient heating and air conditioning systems, and the use of non-toxic materials for flooring as well as paint, green and/or day cleaning, energy savings modeling's, reuse/recycling programs, etc.
The
Class G category is trademarked, giving Burns & Scalo exclusive use of the designation and the standards. We are hopeful that this category takes a faith hold in the industry and other firms use this identification for properties that qualify.
