Project Planning
• Assist in analyzing proposed architectural and engineering designs
• Obtain Municipal, County and State approvals
• Create bidders list and distribute bid forms to various trades
• Host contractor interviews and award and write the contracts
Financial Consulting
Negotiate standards based on our extensive history of commercial real estate borrowing:
- Construction Mortgage – Recourse (Personally Liable)
• Distribute solicitation letters to numerous banks
• Review and provide comments to loan documents
• Administer the closing checklist and attend the loan closing - Permanent Mortgage – Non-Recourse (Not Personally Liable)
• Research and present the financing options available with
institutional lenders
• Assist in the selection of mortgage banker(s)

- Oversee all aspects of new and existing construction from start to finish
- Provide a full-time, on-site superintendent throughout the project
