Financial Consulting

Negotiate standards based on our extensive history of commercial real estate borrowing:

  • Construction Mortgage – Recourse (Personally Liable)
        • Distribute solicitation letters to numerous banks
        • Review and provide comments to loan documents
        • Administer the closing checklist and attend the loan closing
  • Permanent Mortgage – Non-Recourse (Not Personally Liable)
        • Research and present the financing options available with
           institutional lenders
        • Assist in the selection of mortgage banker(s)
        • Review and provide comments to loan documents
        • Administer the closing checklist and attend the loan closing

Construction Supervision

                          • Oversee all aspects of new and existing construction from start to  finish
        • Provide a full-time, on-site superintendent throughout the project
        • Coordinate and supervise tenant improvements for leased spaces
        • Coordinate and supervise completion of capital improvements
        • Structure direct prime contracts with the owner
  • Offer accounting services, such as:

    • Develop project budget and update monthly
    • Manage monthly approvals and submit invoices to lender
    • Manage project retention
